Starting procedure

According to the outstanding athletes, the mass athletes are ranked first, according to their personal achievements and their positions in different districts, and those without previous achievements are ranked in the last district.

Game record

1. Excellent athletes recognized by the Organizing Committee must record separately in the designated recording area 30 minutes before the competition. Those who do not participate in the recording will not be regarded as official competition results;

2. Volkswagen players check the induction timing chip and number cloth one by one. Players need to sign in at the corresponding area within the specified time. The check-in time for the half race is 5:50-7:20, and the check-in time for the 5 km Happy Run is 6:00-7:30.

3. Players in the front area are allowed to enter the back area voluntarily, and the back area is not allowed to enter the front area. If there is any violation, the player's performance and ranking will be cancelled and the penalty of one year's ban will be added;

4. After the last shot of the race 10 minutes, players are no longer allowed to enter the track to start.

Timing method.

1. Half-race adopts induction timing, and the induction timing chip will start timing when the competitor passes the starting line. The competitor must wear the disposable timing chip provided by the organizing committee to participate in the race.

2. There are timing induction carpets at the starting point, every 5 kilometers and the end point. When moving, hands must pass through all the ground timing induction carpets one by one. If you finish the game within the closing time, but lack any time point, you will not be ranked;

As a national fitness activity, 3.5km Happy Run does not provide time chip service and does not accept ranking.

Closing time and distance

In order to ensure the safety of competitors and the traffic order of urban roads, the race timing induction carpet will stop working after being closed every kilometer, and the traffic control on the track will be lifted and normal traffic will resume. Players should stop the race in time, quit the track and wait for the help of the organizing Committee to reach the finish line or take the bus, otherwise the contestants will bear corresponding legal responsibilities and compensation responsibilities.

Get clothes

1. Athletes who participate in the half marathon can store their clothes in the designated area of the starting point by number before the competition. On the day of the competition, the clothes storage service at the starting point will end 15 minutes before shooting. Please arrange time. After the game, I took my number cloth to the post-game service area to check my clothes, and the post-game service area worked until the same day 12:00. If the clothes are not picked up in time, you can pick them up at Xiamen Sports Group Competition Company within 5 working days after the game, or you can choose to mail them. If it is not collected within the time limit, the organizing Committee will treat it as unclaimed;

The organizing committee suggested that valuables should not be put in the bag. Any damage or loss shall be borne by the contestants themselves.

3.5km Happy Run does not provide bag storage service.

medical assistance

1. Set up enough medical points at the start and end of the competition and along the track, and equip mobile AED medical rescue service personnel along the track.

2. There are medical service volunteers along the track to assist in medical rescue and maintain the order of the competition. Players can ask them for help at any time. During the competition, the person in charge of the medical security department has the right to give instructions to stop the competition according to the physical condition of the players and collect the number cloth; If the contestants don't listen to the advice of the on-site medical staff, they insist that all the consequences and responsibilities arising from the competition should be borne by the contestants themselves. If the player loses consciousness, he will automatically entrust the organizing committee to take all means to give first aid, including but not limited to cardiopulmonary resuscitation, external defibrillation of AED, renting a vehicle or helicopter for rapid transfer, etc.

In this competition, the contestants will be tested for doping in accordance with relevant regulations.

3. 1.8 Minors under the age of 8 sign up for the 5-kilometer Happy Run, and their guardians or legal representatives must sign the entry instructions and the insurance instructions for minors on the spot before they can receive the entries and participate in the competition; /kloc-minors under the age of 0/6 must sign up for the same race and accompany them to participate in the 5 km Happy Run.

Physical condition

Marathon is a high-load, high-intensity and long-distance sport, and it is also a high-risk competitive event, which requires high physical conditions for the participants. Participants should be healthy and have the foundation of long-distance running exercise or training. Those with the following physical conditions are prohibited from signing up for the competition:

1. Congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;

2. Hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases;

3. Myocarditis and other heart diseases;

4. Patients with coronary heart disease and severe arrhythmia;

5. Diabetes with high or low blood sugar;

6. Catch a cold 2 weeks before the game;

7. Pregnant women;

8. Those who have not recovered from infectious diseases;

9. Drinking or staying up late the day before the game;

10. Other diseases unsuitable for exercise.

Epidemic prevention and control requirements

The organizing Committee will adjust the time and scale of the event in time according to the change of epidemic situation. People from high-risk areas are not allowed to participate in the competition. See the registration instructions for specific requirements.

Registration method

1. Half Marathon Project 15000 people, in the form of predicting names by drawing lots. After the number of applicants exceeds the scale of the event, the qualification will be determined by lottery.

3,000 people took part in the 2.5km Happy Run. First come, first served while stocks last.

Note: All the above bonuses are subject to 20% personal income tax in accordance with the Individual Income Tax Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), which will be uniformly withheld and remitted by the Organizing Committee.

The organizing Committee will provide all the contestants with clothes, pockets, numbering cloth and timing chips free of charge. Anyone who crosses the finish line before closing will get a medal.

Winners will be announced in official website within 24 hours after the competition 10 working days. If you have any questions about the winners' competition results during the publicity period, please contact the organizing Committee office and provide real and effective evidence. Anyone who is reported to have violated the relevant provisions of the competition rules and regulations and confirmed the facts through investigation and evidence collection will be disqualified from the competition, and the cancelled ranking will not be replenished. Eight, the punishment method

In order to strengthen the management of competition discipline, the organizing committee of the competition is forbidden to transfer or accept the qualification of transfer without permission, and all those who replace running, loitering, forging number cloth and using non-competition number cloth are forbidden to enter the track. Once found out, violators will be banned from participating in various events organized by Xiamen East Half Marathon Organizing Committee for life, and reported to China Athletics Association for additional punishment. All consequences caused by illegal acts such as running, rubbing and forging numbered cloth. Be borne by the violator himself. The Organizing Committee will also reserve the right to investigate the legal responsibility of those who violate the rules and regulations that cause economic losses and serious impacts.

During the competition, the organizing committee will monitor the starting point, every 5 kilometers and the finishing point by video. In case of the following problems, the Organizing Committee will give penalties such as disqualification and results, suspension 1-2 years, and life suspension depending on the seriousness of the case.

1. The age registration is false or the registration is replaced by others;

2. Players carry other people's timing chips or one player carries more than two timing chips at the same time to participate in the competition;

3. Failing to depart in the designated departure order in non-designated areas;

4. There were violations from the beginning;

5. Finish the race through relay running;

6. Do not stop the race after the closing time, or return to the track after retiring;

7. Failing to run the whole course according to the prescribed route, cutting corners halfway or inserting vehicles;

8. Failing to pass the finish line for many times, failing to complete the race, and collecting medals and souvenirs at the finish line privately;

9. Stay near the starting and finishing lines or in the middle of the runway;

10. Failing to bring my number cloth across the finish line as required;

The organizing committee also provided each contestant with a personal accident insurance. The insurance policy is subject to the registration information. If the registration information is incorrect or false, the insurance will be invalid and the responsibility will be borne by itself.
