Established in May 2008, Changsheng Community of Baike Street is located in the northwest of Baike Street in Jiaxing Economic Development Zone, with an area of about 4.5 square kilometers, bordering the Second Ring Road and Chengbei Road in the east and Beijiao River in the northwest. It consists of nine residential quarters, including Changsheng Garden, Xingzhou Yishu Spring, Lilac Garden, Cui Di Garden, Lichi Manor, Zijin Huang Ting, Runjiayuan, Tongde Garden and Xinyuan Langting.
