GB 24154-20 15 "General Principles of National Standards for Food Safety of Sports Nutritious Foods" issued by the National Health and Family Planning Commission on 2015 defines sports nutritious foods as: in order to meet the physiological and metabolic state of sports people (people who participate in physical exercises three or more times a week, each time lasts for 30 minutes or more, and each exercise intensity reaches above the middle level).
Classification of sports nutritious food
The different demands for energy and protein are divided into:
Energy supplement: sports nutritious food with carbohydrate as the main component can provide energy quickly or continuously. The energy provided by carbohydrates accounts for no less than 60% of the total energy of the product.
Energy control: sports nutritious food that can meet the needs of weight control during exercise, including promoting energy consumption and energy substitution. The energy provided by protein accounts for 25% to 50% of the total energy of products.
Supplementing protein: Sports nutritious food with protein or protein hydrolysate as the main component can meet the needs of tissue growth and repair. The energy provided by powdered product protein is not less than 50% of the total energy.
The special requirements of different projects are divided into:
Speed and strength: Creatine is a characteristic component, which is suitable for sprinting, high jump, ball games, weightlifting, wrestling, judo, taekwondo, bodybuilding, strength equipment practice and other people.
