Upward fist clenching exercise
1. Watching TV at night can slim your arms! Sit in a chair with your feet slightly apart, hold the dumbbells with both hands, straighten your body slightly, straighten your back, look straight ahead and keep breathing naturally.
2. While inhaling, bend your elbow upward and keep it at a 90-degree angle, then make a fist with your hands straight and keep your elbow and shoulder in line. Keep your back straight and tighten your leg and abdominal muscles.
3. Next, while inhaling, slowly straighten your hands up, keep your head and back centered, and look straight ahead. Stick to this action 15-30 minutes or so until your hands feel sore. Take a break, and then continue to repeat the thin arm movement.
