1. Visitors who have booked tickets for Qimxy Beach Water Park scenic spot online can apply for full refund of unused tickets through the original ticketing platform.
2. Visitors who bought single tickets for 90 yuan Qimxy Beach Water Park in Tik Tok live room from August 20th to 22nd, 2022 can choose to refund their tickets or enter the park17 -22 times during the opening of Fantasy Valley Night Show (used before September/2, 2022).
Qimxy Beach Season Card, "Dream Valley+Qimxy Beach" Double Park Package and Unused Paper Tickets:
1. Refunds are not allowed for the sold physical cards or unused paper tickets of Qimxy Beach Water Park, and the use date will be postponed to 10 day from the opening date of Qimxy Beach Water Park in summer 2023.
