Fitness does not live up to
I feel very sad to see this sentence in a circle of friends.

I haven't written my homework yet, so I'll write some words on this topic.

It is easy to give up

My fitness is intermittent. In hot August, after physical examination, I got sick, saved enough reasons and gave up.

My squat lasted until May when the epidemic was serious.

During the epidemic, I kept my diet low in sugar and calories and kept my weight at an acceptable figure. In the last month, I grew up crazily. Lobster, hot pot, salted duck neck, barbecue ... are almost unhealthy, just to satisfy my taste buds. See, is it easy to give up?

It's hard to persist.

Let me rephrase what happened above and change the trajectory of the story, then life will be another scene. How about exercising three times a week without gluttony? How about doing 30 or 50 squats every day? How about following a self-disciplined diet with low sugar and calories? But I didn't insist. Does that mean it's hard to persist?

Accumulate points every day, and time will be worthwhile.

This is talking about the gift brought by the cultivation of tiny habits. Start with the simplest yoga moves and do your best. After a while, you find that actions that looked difficult before can be easily completed now. Of course, time is the best proof, and persistence is the best proof.

Xiaoxue wears a mask every day and is a standard mask master. She is nearly 50 years old and still maintains a beautiful face. Apply one tablet every day for a week. Compared with people who never apply one tablet a week, the difference may not be obvious, but after three months, six months, a year and a few years, I believe the eyes can see the difference.

Each of us can list a bunch of promises we made, vows we made, and things we insisted on for a while and finally gave up. What made us give up? What is the reason why we can't persist? Is it because you don't understand the importance and power of daily accumulation?

Neither!

Who doesn't understand the truth!

Is it necessary to return to the famous philosophical "Three Questions"?

Who am I? Where is the land I come from? where am I going?

Or we should think about the famous motto "Know yourself" carved in the temple of Delphi, the holy city of Greece, which is often quoted by Greece and later philosophers to convince the world of their true value.

It seems that it is still necessary to return to examining your heart and your behavior! Think of others, think of yourself is the most important thing.

I just wrote some words with my own ideas, but I may still be unable to control myself, let alone others.

But the process of writing this passage has already participated in the construction of my life.
