Weekday morning
I get up at six every morning. Do stretching exercise after washing 10 minutes. After exercise, make yourself an automatic and faster breakfast within 10 minutes. After breakfast, I get dressed around seven in the morning and go out to work at seven twenty. On the subway, list the three most important things in today's work with your mobile phone and make a simple work plan. Come to the company at 8: 50, clean the office below, make a cup of tea and start the day's work.
Weekday night
I usually get off work at five in the afternoon and get home at half past six. For an hour and a half on the subway, I will read the micro-signal articles I care about, or go shopping in Taobao. When I get home, I will take a nap for half an hour first, and then have a simple meal. It's nearly eight o'clock in the evening after dinner and tidying up. I'll keep it for myself from eight to ten in the evening. If it is research-oriented, concentrate on reviewing the exam materials. If there is no exam task, do something interesting. For example, jump and practice yoga and learn financial management knowledge.
weekend
Weekend time is precious. If you don't work overtime, you will invite three or five friends to go shopping and eat together on Saturday, or go out with your parents and make them some snacks. On Sunday morning, I will study online classes at home to supplement my professional knowledge. After lunch, take a nap and go to the gym for two hours. Go home for dinner at six o'clock in the evening and plan the work items for the next week after dinner. Then, wash it well and apply a mask. Watch two more episodes of American TV series, go to bed early and welcome to work next week.
I will concentrate on my work for eight hours. After work, as a single person, I can arrange my time according to my own preferences.
