According to the relevant planning of urban green lung function area, this loop greenway is 6 meters wide and 10.3 kilometers long, giving consideration to the functions of fitness trails and bicycle lanes.

The planned Happy Lake Wetland Ecological Park is surrounded by Huancheng North Road, Shangcheng Avenue and Xicheng North Road, with a total area of about 8 10 hectare, equivalent to 120 Xiuhu Parks. It is divided into a center, four districts and twenty-four theme parks. One of the centers is the Happy Lake International Conference Center. The four sub-districts are theme agriculture area, ecological health care area, cultural life area and interesting experience area, which provide various types of activities such as ecology, culture, farming and health care, and will become a complex of green lungs and ecological life and leisure in Yiwu.
