How many times a week is the most scientific fitness?
Fitness is a long-term undertaking. Now there are more and more people exercising in China, which is followed by more questions about fitness, such as how to practice abdominal muscles, chest muscles and biceps brachii. However, it is not enough to exercise in the gym, and there are still many places to pay attention to. Although fitness needs long-term persistence, it does not mean that daily fitness is the most scientific. Long-term persistence is to adhere to your own planning and fitness rhythm, not to say that it is good to go to fitness every day. Personally, I think it is more scientific to exercise five or six times a week.

Fitness also needs to plan your own exercise rhythm. It is good for us to exercise five days a week, and our muscles need some time to rest. Exercise every day puts pressure on muscles, which leads to muscle soreness and poor fitness effect.

When I was a freshman, I joined the fitness club in our school. The seniors inside know a lot about fitness. Many seniors have passed the national fitness certificate and are able to be coaches. For those of us who have just joined the ranks of fitness, we know almost nothing about fitness, and we have to learn a lot from our seniors. We are very tired when the seniors take us to do various movements, but we are very tired. Once, a classmate thought of asking seniors to do several groups of actions every day. Muscles must grow quickly, but the senior said, no, it's best not to come to the gym every day after teaching you equipment, just five days a week, and let your muscles rest for two days, so that you can achieve the effect of exercise by coming five days a week and then sticking to it.

Many people will misunderstand the meaning of fitness. Generally, it is more scientific to exercise five days a week, and going every day may be counterproductive.
