Eggs must be boiled and hard.

You wake up every day 1 glass of water, 300cc, then eat an egg, accidentally choke to drink some water, add 1, 2 slices of whole wheat bread (which must be whole wheat), or steamed bread or white rice porridge.

Lunch: eggs, boiled beef or shrimp, skinless chicken, and half a small bowl of vegetable salad.
