A few years ago, I made no progress in equipment training. I was lucky enough to read about the prisoner's fitness and was attracted by the six arts and ten styles. The author not only let me know the ever-changing self-esteem fitness, but also let me find a new training method.
However, there are always attacks on prisoners on the internet. It is useless to exercise by self-weight by practicing equipment.
Whether self-respect fitness is useful or not is not up to us to decide. Practice can prove that after several years of training, I can be sure that self-respect fitness is effective. More importantly, prisoners' fitness is conveying an idea to us.
