Finally, with the help of my coach and the encouragement of my friends, I slowly began to understand the connotation of yoga and tasted the benefits of exercise. Yoga pays attention to stillness, coordination and balance, and pays attention to breathing, meditation and integration of body and mind. I haven't realized the higher realm of yoga, so I dare not talk nonsense, but it must be related to the soul. What you do every day is actually physical and mental exercise. I can't do cross-legged movements that others can easily do, and my legs can't be pressed for a long time. After the exam, the teacher said that I had made a lot of progress because my body was obviously soft.

Secondly, yoga is not only a good medicine to lose weight, but also "shaping", which can beautify the lines of the human body. I haven't lost much weight after the end of this semester, but I obviously feel that all parts of my body have changed, especially my abdomen. Because my stomach is very prominent, I keep practicing every day after the teacher taught me the action of belly-in. After a while, I found that my abdomen was slowly tightening, and my classmates in the dormitory also said that my * was slowly getting up, so I was very happy.

Third, focus on your body and do every movement with your heart. This is a point that teacher Zhang emphasized in the teaching process. She told us not to imitate some difficult movements deliberately for quick success and instant benefit, which not only failed to achieve the effect of practicing yoga, but often hurt ourselves. In the practice of this semester, I have a deep feeling about this. Because of the limitation of physical conditions, I couldn't do some relatively difficult movements at first, but everyone else did beautifully, so I couldn't pass the psychological barrier at once. I always choose some difficult movements to practice, but I don't pay attention to some simple basic movements. As a result, I practiced very painfully and the effect was not great. Under the teacher's repeated emphasis, I gradually understand that it is not the difficulty of movement that makes yoga a good practice. More importantly, I want to focus on my body, experience every part of my body in simple yoga movements, and feel the whole body quietly. When practicing every movement, try to follow the teacher's tips. Yoga is a gradual process. As long as you do every action with your heart, you will find yourself changing obviously after a while.

Fourth, peace of mind is very important. I am an impatient person. I still remember that when the teacher taught balance movements, I always couldn't stand still, not to mention crossing my hands and raising my head. Later, under the guidance of my teacher, I tried to calm my mind and look straight ahead at a certain point before doing this action, and gradually I could get these actions in place.

Yoga three-level experience

In everyone's opinion, yoga is a low-intensity exercise, and it can achieve a good fitness effect. In order to experience the charm of yoga, I signed up for yoga.

Although the yoga project looks calm and the amount of exercise doesn't seem to be that big, under the guidance of the teacher, after trying it, I found that yoga is actually very tired. Just a series of warm-up exercises can achieve good blood circulation. After finishing, my body suddenly became hot and sweat began to come out bit by bit. It seems that yoga can really achieve the effect of exercise.

At first, it may be that the bones are hard and the ligaments are tight, especially when bending over, I want to knock my hand, but the ligaments at my knees are very painful, and I feel that the ligaments have been stretched to the limit. In this case, it is usually forced down. Fortunately, the teacher said "go easy", only to know that yoga does not have to reach such a high standard, just do what you can. So I try my best every time and hope to make progress every time.

* I went to class recently and found myself bending down and clapping my hands. It's not as difficult as before, and the ligaments of the knee are not so constrained. I found that yoga changed me invisibly, but I didn't find it. Although there is no plan to achieve thin waist in study, it has indeed gained something in other aspects.
