Discuss why meditation has such a magical therapeutic effect.
Meditation is a way to keep healthy. Sit cross-legged with your eyes closed, adjust your breathing, put your hands in a certain position and think nothing. Meditation is also called "sitting on a plate" and "meditation". A basic practice method in Taoism. In Buddhism, it is called "meditation" or "meditation", which is a compulsory course of Zen. Sit in natural disk, double disk and single disk. Meditation can not only improve health and prolong life, but also increase wisdom. In the practice of China Wushu, meditation is also a way to cultivate internal strength, cultivate mind and strengthen will. The characteristic of meditation is "quietness". "Being quiet for a long time will make you calm, and moving for a long time will make you tired". Therefore, you should exercise your bones and muscles after meditation, such as boxing, sword dancing, kicking shuttlecock and self-massage. , so as to achieve "dynamic and static combination"

Matters needing attention

1, from the quiet, hunger strike first. The meat wrapped in fishy smell is heavy and turbid, and the food will be very thick and difficult to subdue. Spicy food is frivolous by nature, and food will be scattered rather than gathered. Be reasonable, fast and spicy, and cook vegetarian meals in order to get rid of the original flavor. If you don't eat too much, it will hurt your spirit. Hunger will hurt you if you don't eat too much. The way to eat this section is indispensable.

2. If you sit still, your heart will shake and your breath will dissipate. If you cultivate a little spirit, you will not only miss the life of husband and wife, but also miss the six roots. Too many eyes is a kind of "leakage", too many ears is a kind of "leakage", and too many mouths is a kind of "leakage"! All six will leak. Why do you emphasize that the first step of a practitioner is to combine six pillars? When the six roots are closed, the spirit will automatically enter the second pulse of Ren Du and return to the middle pulse.

3. Smile while meditating.

When you sit still and think, you can count your breath intently, not your income, but your promise. When you calculate your promise, you put everything, including your own life, all your troubles and diseases, together with your promise. Especially if you are sick with a cold, or have tumors or cancers in your body, let it go out with you, and it will be empty when you go out. Count your breath like this, and your body will relax immediately.

In the Yin Fu Jing of Taoism, there is an important formula-"controlling birds in qi". In other words, the yogi is full of delusions, and his thoughts can't be single-minded, because your qi is dispersed and your qi is disordered. Therefore, meditation advocates practicing qi first, and the yogi holds his breath with his mind to adjust his breath smoothly, so that his heart will naturally not disperse again. Many people in the society have practiced for many years, but their bodies often collapse. The reason is that the breath in their bodies has not been adjusted well. Taoism also has a wise saying: "Heaven and earth are Xuanzhu, and qi is the root." We can see the importance of qi from this sentence. No matter how strong the body is, if the breath in the body is not harmonious, it is a serious illness. It can be said that with the cooperation of body and mind, the breath can have 10 thousand changes.

The first one: count from one to ten, then count backwards from ten to one, and so on, so that you only have numbers when you breathe, and there are no other distractions. ( 1、2、3...... 10、9、8 ......2、 1......)。

The second type: count from one to two ... and at the end, there are no distractions and delusions, and there are no mistakes in the numbers. Mind and breath are the first successes.

( 1、2、3、4......99、 100...... 1、2、3、...99、 100)。

One thing must be noted: the heart should not follow the breath into the body, nor should it follow the breath out of the body, but should only be aware of the breath around the nose.

The process of counting, breathing and the feeling of strong wind are divided into three levels: wind → breathing → breath. At the beginning, breathing heavily is called wind. After calming down, breathing becomes thinner, which is called qi. Furthermore, both body and mind are quiet. Only when you feel your inner breath, you can't hear the sound of breathing. This is breathing. When you get to the rest, don't count, that is, enter. When you sit still for a few breaths, breathe naturally, relax your body and turn your ears to listen to your breathing. If you can't hear breathing when repairing in a noisy place, you should listen by feeling.

5. A Japanese-style Chinese food can assist meditation. In the afternoon, the yang drops and the yin rises. Eating food will aggravate yin qi. Natural food in the morning, Buddha food at noon and ghost food at night. Eating after noon will accumulate garbage in the stomach and large intestine. Therefore, not eating after noon is the best way to clear the intestines, because the small intestine and the heart are inseparable, clearing the intestines and clearing the heart. Eating too much or after noon will make the meridians impassable. If the meridians are blocked, the body will be tired, the mind will be blocked and the karma will be abandoned. If you have dinner at 5-7 o'clock, it will make the kidney meridian impassable, unable to turn back, raise the fire of life gate, form filthy essence, and encourage love. Then at 7-9 o'clock, the Eight-knowledge Pericardium Sutra can't be cleared, and the evil spirits around the heart can't be cleared. For a long time, the heart living in it can't control the spirit, and the brain thinking is controlled by the evil spirits in the pericardium. Then at 9- 1 1 point, triple energizer and pulse were blocked, and at 1 1- 3 in the morning, the liver and gallbladder were heavily burdened, and the functions of detoxification and blood exchange were reduced, which seriously affected sleep. Early the next morning, Yang couldn't get up easily. In the morning, it is difficult to eliminate the turbid gas deposited in the intestine, forming toxins in the body and entering the blood and viscera. At the best stage of absorbing nutrition, you don't think about eating and drinking, forming a vicious circle. At noon, the mood is heavy, and the intersection of yin and yang is unfavorable.

6. Will meditation be possessed? Some people are afraid of being possessed when they meditate. Hehe, to be honest, most people are not qualified to be possessed by you. At most, we hallucinate and make you look trance (like sleeping and dreaming). These are all pediatrics, don't take them seriously.

Novices who generally sit still often find their thoughts confused, even more agitated than when they are not sitting; Therefore, they are even more afraid that they should not "sit still and wait for death", or add legends such as martial arts novels and folk myths. I am afraid that "sitting still and waiting for death" will be "possessed". In fact, this is all unknown. I put my head on my head, making mistakes and misunderstanding, which constitutes a psychological shadow. Speaking of sitting still, it's really ridiculous. At the same time, it also exposes the great weakness of human intelligence. It is a well-known fact and an undeniable truth that people need rest all their lives.

But when a person starts to practice rest from a sitting position, it will cause a lot of fuss, the so-called "that is monasticism!" " Meditate! Frustrated and world-weary! I am possessed! "And so on specious concept.

In fact, the state of sleep rest is the posture of lying down; The practice of meditation and rest is just sitting posture, which is different from falling asleep. The reason why so many nouns and concepts are added is because people's hearsay is untrue, or they use fragmentary knowledge to make up for psychological curiosity or psychological fear invisibly. What does it have to do with meditation itself?
