Exercise here, everything is my own choice. I don't need criticism from others. I don't think about slander and gossip in my life. I only care about exercise and sports at this moment. Therefore, after many people walk into the gym, whether walking or running, it is also a release of emotions and a liberation of self-soul. Just like the scenes in foreign movies, a cool black guy is walking rhythmically under his feet while listening to songs with headphones on, and his body is swinging rhythmically under the command of his brain.
Second, habitual movements. Exercising in the gym, just like playing basketball, the trajectory of the body, including shaking the head, is often related to the equipment and is an auxiliary action of the whole body movement. This kind of action can further arouse the desire and interest of whole body activity and exercise, and make yourself in an excited state.
For example, in many table tennis competitions, once someone wins, they have to make a winning move with their right hand, and their colleagues have to shake their heads a few times. This is a typical habitual action.
