Which is more effective and safer, Chinese medicine or going to the gym to lose weight?
I have been to acupuncture in traditional Chinese medicine several times, and the doctor said it was to suppress my appetite, so it was not so painful. Personally, I don't feel anything. I went to the gym for two weeks in the evening. After running, I ate some fruit or drank some porridge. I lost some weight, but I didn't have a chance to stick to it. So I tend to run in the gym. After running, I'd better massage my feet, push them away when they are sore, and soak them in hot water if possible to avoid muscles.
