In the first stage, I lost 7 pounds, but my weight didn't rebound. My stomach shrank a little because I didn't eat staple foods such as starch for 13 days, and every meal almost became more than half of the original.
After the first stage 13 days, I still keep the habit of losing weight every morning for 13 days, with a cup of black coffee and two pieces of toast every morning; Noon is normal, and dinner is mainly yogurt and fruit. 13 day diet is actually high protein, high fat, zero carbohydrate, more vegetables and less sugar. By controlling the intake of carbohydrates, the metabolism of the body is changed and the body fat is consumed. Therefore, in the last two stages, the diet should be as low as possible, sugar-free, and low in fat.
In the first stage, because I just started to lose weight, I didn't dare to work too hard. I just control my diet and don't exercise.
So thirteen days later, I began to exercise. I go down the stairs 10 times every night. My home is on the sixth floor, and it is 10 times a day, which is equivalent to climbing 60 floors every night. After climbing the stairs, jog for two or three laps in the community, then walk around, press your legs to stretch your calf muscles, and go home to massage your calf muscles so that they don't get sore and thick. During this period, I went to work every day by climbing stairs, and everything else was as usual, because I increased my exercise every day before going to bed and my sleep quality was obviously improved. These twenty days, I feel relaxed all over, and my spirit is much better, more because I am thinner and more confident.
In the third stage, the amount of exercise increased. In addition to climbing stairs and jogging as usual, I began to do sit-ups every other day before going to bed, 20 on the first day, and then increased by 5 every day, in addition to skipping rope. Jump rope once every two days, just like sit-ups, the first day is 50, and then add 5 every day. Skipping rope and sit-ups are performed alternately. Exercise should be carried out within the range of your body, and excessive exercise should not affect your health.
? After two months and three stages until the next two years, the body weight remained at about 100 kg.
Ps: The first phase 13-day diet can only be tried once every two years, because it will change your metabolism. If you eat food other than diet within 13 days, you must stop dieting immediately, because it will no longer improve your metabolism as expected. The formula can be re-executed after 6 months.
