Running, how can you learn self-discipline?
In fact, running self-discipline is quite simple.

I often exercise. During my college years, I only did regular gymnastics twice a week. A series of things, such as work and moving, have made my life messy and overwhelmed every day, forgetting the essence of life and the importance of health. I started running this time because of an accidental opportunity. I heard from my friend that I started running because I couldn't stand myself in the mirror.

Suddenly wake up, facing health problems, deformed and loose figure, increasingly greasy face and all kinds of dissatisfaction, what positive ways have been taken. Actually, I chose tolerance. I have forgotten who I am trying to change and try to move forward. Therefore, a decisive decision to start running is to declare war on yourself and bid farewell to your negative self.

Where did you get the time to run?

When my friends saw me running, they all envied my persistence, but when I invited them to punch in and run together, they gave me the most reasons, including "I didn't sleep enough", "I can't get up too early" and "I have to take care of the children".

Indeed, everyone has different life arrangements, and time is fair to everyone. Where time is invested, there will be gains. Time is squeezed out. Spending time on what you like and what is good for your health is your best investment.

My running time is from 5: 30 to 6: 30 in the morning. First, the air is good, and second, it is not affected by work. Third, finish running, clean up and go to work directly. Almost my original pace of life is not affected, and the daily time is 1.5 hours. Sometimes, I can make myself a big breakfast. Because of running, I have more time to tidy up my life.

Running makes me see different scenery.

I have lived in the new community for nearly a year and a half, but I have never seen the community in the morning light. At half past five, the sun is soft. There are people who run like me, some old men in the pavilion in the community are practicing the pipa, and some people are playing Tai Chi in Little Square. The security guard is driving a patrol car to check the situation of the community, and the smell of rice has floated out of the breakfast stall outside the community.

I think that I get up early and others get up early, which also reminds me of a sentence, "People who are better than you work harder than you". Running, let me feel the process of urban awakening, let my faith become firm from chaos. Throughout our life, we can only change ourselves, and we also hope to run, so that we can meet better ourselves.

Hope to adopt. Thank you.
