I have been working out recently.
When we exercise our muscles, we stretch them moderately. The pain we feel is actually caused by muscle strain and even congestion. When we stop exercising, the human body has the instinct to repair itself automatically. The human body can repair damaged muscle cells and compensate for muscle damage, and it is overcompensated, so the muscles grow up bit by bit. Excessive compensation is the theoretical basis of bodybuilding. For another example, after your skin is scratched, does it have any protruding scars after healing? This is all because of overcompensation.

A part of the muscle, after a lot of exercise training, needs at least 48 hours of rest. This time is reserved for muscle repair and compensation. Practice the same part every day, for nothing!

I suggest you divide the exercises into two groups. Practice one group on Monday and Thursday and another group on Tuesday and Friday. Closed on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Come on! Hope to adopt.
