How to use:

How to use:

After adapting to the initial speed of the elliptical machine, the slope and resistance (that is, resistance+on the display screen) can be appropriately increased.

You can look at the monitor every once in a while to know how many calories you burned, how long you exercised, and how much your heart rate is, and make corresponding adjustments in time.
