In fact, exercise is a good thing, but some people rely on exercise to lose weight, which I think has violated the original intention of exercise. My current roommate used to be a chubby girl. She tried many ways to lose weight, some of which were successful, but she still felt that it was not enough. After she went to college, she signed up for the school gym, paid money to practice equipment every year, and then enrolled in a private tutor, making an exercise plan for her every day and not letting her eat high-calorie things. At first, we thought maybe we didn't understand, maybe it was nothing. Later, her coach didn't let her eat dinner or eat a lot of breakfast, so we thought it was unscientific. After every exercise, we feel that she really can't go on like this, and she needs more nutrition every day. After all, she exercised a lot and fell down when she couldn't keep up with others, but she was a stubborn person and didn't listen to us. Over time, she got used to it, and we didn't say anything, just reminding her every time we looked at her pale face.
I think exercise is ok, but it must be moderate, and you must not eat, and you must consume enough energy to maintain the intensity of exercise.
