Yang Taishan is located in Shiyan, Baoan District, Shenzhen, with magnificent momentum and beautiful scenery. It is 587 meters above sea level and is the highest peak in western Shenzhen. During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period, the local people and Dongjiang column staged a "big rescue" that shocked China and foreign countries, and rescued Mao Dun, He Xiangning, Zou Taofen and other famous patriots from the occupied Hong Kong and Kowloon Islands. Yang Tai is therefore called Hero Mountain. This year, "Yang Tai Diecui" was rated as one of the eight scenic spots in Shenzhen, and it has become a good place for Chinese and foreign tourists and the general public to visit, travel, relax and keep fit.

There is a beautiful legend in the mountains: in the Tang Dynasty, there was a county magistrate named Lin who abandoned his official and left the Central Plains to settle in Shiyan Town because he was dissatisfied with Wu's authoritarian power. He has a beautiful and lovely daughter named Zhu Zhu. Lu Caizhu, a rich man from a neighboring village, has a son. He had no education, but he wanted to marry Zhu Zhu, and Zhu Zhu naturally refused. Lv Caizhu has a long-term worker, Haizi, who often tends sheep on the hillside. Whenever Haizi herded sheep and played piccolo, the wonderful sound of the flute fascinated Zhu Zhu. The result is naturally a tragedy: Haizi was killed by the rich man Lu, and he also died of lovesickness. Romantic and beautiful, Haizixin has become a famous product in Yang Tai-persimmon, pomegranate and mango; Zhu Zhu became a fairy, and people often saw her herding a flock of fairy sheep on the mountain. In memory of them, people call this mountain "Yangdi Mountain". In the local dialect, the pronunciation of "Tai" and "Di" is similar, and it has been called Yang Tai for a long time.

The China-Shenzhen-Yang Tai Mountaineering Festival, founded on 1997, has been successfully held for six times, attracting more than 60,000 mountaineering enthusiasts from Shenzhen and surrounding areas, including Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Dongguan, Huizhou, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, the United States, Canada and other countries and regions, and its influence has spread from Shenzhen to the Pearl River Delta and even overseas. "Where to go for the Double Ninth Festival? Dan Qiu on the earth is on the Yang Tai ". Today, Yang Tai Mountaineering Festival has become one of the most popular cultural and sports festivals in Shenzhen and its surrounding areas. The organized mountaineering activities of the local Double Ninth Festival, such as Mount Yang Mountaineering Festival, are unprecedented in Guangdong Province and even the whole country.

There are three directions to climb Yangtai: Shiyan in the north, Xili in the south and Longhua in the east. Shiyan route is the only public tourist route, and other routes are opened by villagers or tourists, so the safety along the way cannot be guaranteed.

Shiyan: Because the annual mountaineering competition is held here in Baoan District, Chongyang, the mountain roads in this direction are paved with stone steps, which is very easy to walk. From downtown to Longhua Station, you usually take bus No.302, transfer to several buses passing through Shiyan, get off at the intersection of Shiyan Avenue (or Jixiang Road) on Baoshi East Road in Shiyan Town (you can tell the crew to go to Shiyan Hospital), and then take a motorcycle (5 yuan) to Longyan Village (or Yili Mineral Water Plant). Crossing Longyan Village, the top left is the mountaineering road, which takes about 1.5 hours to reach the top: there are several striking iron shelves and huge stones.

Xili Line 1: From downtown, Nanshancheng 10 1, 226, 434, 435 to Xili Lake, take a motorcycle (10 yuan/people * car) along Qinyuan Road via Qilin Mountain Villa, sanatorium, Dakan Village and Welfare Farm to Golden Pit. Pass the customs at the breeding port of Huangjinkeng (controlled by the armed police, which needs to be discussed politely), and go north to the mountain through farmland and pig farms. There is no obvious mountain road along the way. When you walk in litchi trees, shrubs and weeds, you must pay attention to the direction-due north. After 40 minutes to the top of the mountain, you can see the Yangtai in the northwest. In a valley below, there are three or five rural houses (face to face), and a fire isolation belt can be seen above the mountainside. Find the way down to the bottom of the valley, then climb the mountain to the northwest through the isolation belt, and cross Luger Mountain along the ridge. It takes about 2-3 hours to reach the top of Yang Tai. There is a wonder in Gege Mountain: a huge stone looks like an elephant from north to south: the head is east and the tail is west, the eyes, ears, nose and limbs are clear and debatable, and even the tail is there. Vivid and amazing.

Xili Line 2: Take Bus No.67 from downtown and Nanshan to the terminus of Xili Macheng Village. Go north along the second line of Lu Guan, and there will be a path leading to the fire isolation belt of Yang Taishan. You can reach the top of the mountain along the fire barrier. It takes about 2 hours to reach the top of the mountain. The scenery along the road is good, and you can see Xili Lake.

Longhua Town: It belongs to a non-public tourist area. There are cases along the way, and the government is intervening to try to improve the mountaineering environment for tourists. This section of road is still under construction. For travelers, there are many ways to reach the top of the mountain, and the route is very long, which takes 2-4 hours. Usually I climb mountains from Longhua Dalang Street Office. If the people in Guangu want to go, they will leave Meilin and seal Meilong Road, and then turn to Bulong to Shiyan, Da Lang Street Office and the foot of the mountain. The uphill route generally passes through the upper stream of Laiwu Mountain Reservoir, with many forks.
