1, set a goal within your power, and rest after completion.
The goal of our work here is within our power, and we can't meet the requirements without hard work. For example, after a hard day's work, we can relax after work. At work, my brain keeps thinking and my mouth keeps communicating with my work. They all need a rest.
My own method is exercise. My brain can rest without thinking during exercise. Then take a hot bath before going to bed to relax the whole body, which will help you fall asleep quickly and make you more energetic the next day. Or by enjoying delicious food, let food fill the fatigue and hunger caused by work, and the spirit will be enhanced after eating.
Take a rest if you feel uncomfortable.
We may often be limited to finishing the work without good ideas and plans. After thinking for a long time, there is still no good way to explain that you need to have a rest. It will have an unexpected effect to divert your attention and relax your nervous body through rest. For example, going to the window sill to blow the wind, drinking a cup of coffee, or hiding in the toilet can all be ways to rest.
When I feel relaxed and less nervous, when I go back to work and think, I will have new ideas. The body is like a machine. If you work all the time, your efficiency will be greatly reduced, and it will also affect yourself. Only by relaxing can we get higher output.
I think no matter what action you take (even sleeping), you can get rid of the pressure of work. As long as you are not entangled in the pressure of work, it is a good combination of work and rest to divert your attention and let yourself relax for a moment. Bow strings are too tight and easy to break, so are people. Only by combining work with pleasure can we go further.
