How to understand national fitness?
I have the following views on national fitness:

National fitness advocates mostly people who are busy with work or study every day. They are troubled by all kinds of things and have little time to exercise, so they are bound by some systems or reminded by a one-day anniversary.

I don't think everyone will do dangerous sports like rock climbing and extreme challenges. You can twist your body properly and take a walk.
