How to persist in doing the right thing
I never stopped exercising when I was in college. Regardless of the effect, I persisted unconsciously in retrospect. You know, I am not a person who can persist, not to mention that the exercise time can only be after class at night, and the gym is more than 20 bus stops from school, but in the end I still insist on exercising five days a week, which has become one of the few things I insisted on doing during my college years.

Now that I think about it, I also summed up the reasons for persistence, or I can't say it's the reason, but the methods are as follows:

1. Action precedes (negative) thinking.

You know, people are full of inertia. When enthusiasm fades, when you are faced with something that doesn't even have basic feelings, there are always thousands of reasons for you to escape into your comfort zone. There are many vices in human nature, but our consciousness is sober. If you realize that this thing is right, stop thinking about it and do it directly. When you get on the bus and walk to the gym, your brain will give up fighting.

2, the plan list

Please forgive me for not finding other words. In fact, I'm afraid of the plan, because I said I'm not a persistent person, and the plan will only hurt myself. I'm talking about the tasks you need to complete every day, such as my exercise tasks:/Monday/chest, arm/Tuesday/shoulder, back/Wednesday/leg, abdomen/Thursday/same Monday/Friday/same Tuesday/weekend.

At the same time, the corresponding practice movements and the number of groups in each part are also planned, so as to avoid entanglement every time, and then create excuses such as fear of difficulties to excuse yourself.

Step 3 become a habit

According to the second # plan list #, do it without thinking, and finally form a habit and even become a part of life.

This is how I keep doing one thing with my college time and gain something. Very simple, I hope it will help everyone.
