Don't confuse the children upstairs. If you are practicing fitness, everything downstairs is right, but you are practicing Muay Thai.

Practicing Thai boxing and fitness are two different things. Fitness is purely muscle training, and Thai boxing is boxing. It is normal for muscles to harden, but it is not normal for muscles not to relax at ordinary times. Once the muscles are tight, they will be unnatural and the actions they should do will not be done.

In the process of practicing Muay Thai, whether it is practicing hitting or fighting. Be sure to find someone to massage and relax your muscles after practice. Generally, there are sparring partners when practicing Muay Thai. Be sure to lie down quietly after practice and let people massage you for ten minutes to relax your tight muscles.
