What is the movement of animal flow?
Animal flow is a kind of fitness exercise without equipment.

Animal flow contains a wide range of training contents and action combinations, which are divided into six components. They are all aimed at achieving specific results. These six parts can be mixed and matched in many ways, and you can combine one or more or even all of them in training!

1, wrist mobility.

Through a series of simple exercises, it aims to improve the flexibility and strength of the wrist, which is very important for any action that needs to spend a lot of time through hand participation.

2. The operation is activated.

Static maintenance of connecting the body before starting the exercise. For example: animal static, crab static and three-point or four-limb support.

3. Specific stretching movement.

Starting with animal form and then doing a wide range of activities can increase your whole body activity and flexibility. For example, ape stretching, the change of animal load, crab stretching and scorpion stretching.

4. On the move.

Imitate the movements of animals. Let's start with "ABC"-apes, animals and crabs, and mobilize the senses of the whole body. The form of marching is essentially how we move like animals to improve human biomechanics.

5. Handover and conversion.

Handover and transformation is a dynamic movement, which creates a "flow" of animal flow by performing actions one after another. You can change from one form to another, or just repeat the same form as an exercise. Examples include lower body changes, side kicks, forward kicks and many variations of scorpion pose.

6. Flow is combined with animal movements, which are integrated into a smooth sequence through connection, and energy is seamlessly connected between movements. The process can be a choreographed sequence that has been practiced many times, or it can be created freely!
