What time do you eat more meals a day and what food do you eat?
To put it simply, from my personal experience, my height is 175cm and my weight is 1 18 kg.

I always wanted to be as strong as the landlord, and then I got a fitness card and went there five times a week.

Breakfast is to eat steamed buns and drink soybean milk;

Chinese food and dinner are both meals. The dish is one meat, two dishes and one soup. Meat dishes include beef, chicken, shrimp and pork hands. The materials are vegetables and beans. Generally, you will eat a fruit (apple, pear, cantaloupe) after eating Chinese food.

Wait for two hours after dinner, then go to the gym for two hours, constantly replenish water during exercise, and eat cake and drink milk after exercise.

This is my day. I basically eat four meals a day. After eating like this for a month, the weight immediately increased to 130 kg, which lasted for half a year. Now it's 140 kg, and I don't have any fat on me. Hehe, I hope the landlord can arrange a nutrition fitness plan like me, so that I can have a good figure!
