Accessories: oil, ginger and onion, soy sauce.
1. Slice beef and prepare ginger, onion and other materials.
2. Mix the beef well with a little soy sauce, and then add a little peanut oil to marinate for about half an hour.
3. Cut the pickled vegetables and ginger into strips, and cut the onion into sections.
4. Stir the beef, washed vegetables and ginger evenly and put them on a plate. Sprinkle onions on it.
5. Add water to the pot to boil, and steam the beef for three minutes to three and a half minutes.
