1, stumbling on both feet

Put your left foot on your right leg first, and then put your right foot on your left foot. This is called king kong sit. Put your right foot on your left leg first, and then put your left foot on your right foot.

Meditation posture (9 photos)

On, ruyi sat down and said. You can sit in either posture, or you can alternate when your leg hurts. If you can't double disk, use a single disk.

Some people can't sit on the sofa for a while. When sitting on a single plate, the calf is placed very inside, and after the thigh is supported, the knee is suspended. In fact, this is not a formal posture, because the thighs are suspended, and it is easy to be unstable when crossing your legs. The first thing to note is that the whole human body, like Pagoda of Six Harmonies, is stable, and it goes from bottom to top, which is crucial.

Some people suspect that sitting on your feet is not only harmful to human health, but even causes disease because of the oppression of blood vessels in your feet. So if you sit still for a long time, you will feel numb. This is a misunderstanding. In fact, people's health has a great relationship with their legs and feet. The ancient Taoist medical theory in China believed that "essence comes from the soles of the feet", which was not easy or reasonable. Sitting still with your legs bent and feeling numb in your feet and legs just shows that the nerves and blood vessels in your feet and legs are not smooth, which proves that your health has potential problems. When sitting at a certain stage, because I was so angry that my ass couldn't sink, my brain became nervous and I couldn't sit still. If the qi passes from the buttocks to the thighs and knees, it will experience pain, itching, numbness, bloating, cold and heat. Finally, when the qi passes, the pain and numbness will be fine. The human foot is like a branch of ginseng, and rolling it up is equivalent to rolling a ginseng or pine branch into a knot, so that its hair growth ability will not be scattered outside; Return to the original and cultivate the yuan, thus making yourself more robust. Therefore, bending your knees is not only harmful to human health, but also absolutely beneficial and harmless to health and longevity from the correct practice. It is mentioned in Neijing that the qi of a baby lies in the legs. When people reach middle age, their leg strength is weakened, and their leg activity is invisibly reduced. They like to sit on the sofa and often rest their legs. In old age, it is even more unimaginable. It is not enough to sit on the sofa, but also to tilt your legs on the table, because the human body begins to age from the foot, and people's death is gradual, starting from the foot.

2, the spine is straight

When people meditate, the vertical spine is the key. Hips should be padded with a soft pad two or three inches high, and inclined downward from the thigh root to the knee, so that the knee can touch the ground as a support point, and the knee should not be suspended. The principle is to feel the center of gravity is stable, and there is no feeling of leaning forward and leaning back. Then wrap the legs, waist and wind pool points behind you. When it is cold, some people still need Baotou. The upper body is naturally tall and straight, without leaning forward or leaning back. Baihui point and Yinxue point are on a vertical line, but the nature should be relaxed. It should be noted that relaxation is smooth and the meridians are comfortable; Rigid qi stagnation hinders the circulation of qi and blood. Only by relaxing inside and outside can we create conditions for silence. The hip posture is slightly backward and outward. Viewed from the side, the whole spine is in a position similar to the middle of the hips and legs. Sitting like a tower, it is very symmetrical. Some people like to lean against the back wall when they meditate, so they can't lean back like a tower. The posture of sitting is not vertical, but oblique, that is, the coccyx is suspended.

The special feature of personal practice is that the human body is upright, the longitude and latitude are straight, and it vibrates with heaven and earth, and the meridians are regular, not completely disordered. Therefore, we can't feel the pulse of livestock, because its pulse is chaotic. If the body is straight and not inclined, the governor's veins are clear, and the lower ones are hidden. The ups and downs will be regular, the veins will meet the needs of the left and right, and the horizontal direction will be clamped, and the ten sides will be settled and the position will be stabilized.

3. Shoulder strain

Relax your shoulders, but don't hold your chest out. During meditation, the meditator's hands are slightly raised, his shoulders are slightly retracted, and his shoulders are sunken. From the outside, the shoulder is a parallel line; Seen from the back, the shoulders are round.

4. The hand knot is fixed under the navel.

Put your left hand under your right hand and your thumb under your navel.

5. The head is right

The head is straight, the chin is slightly lower forward, the back of the head is slightly retracted, and the activity of the left and right arterial catheters in the neck can be slightly inhibited. The point is, if the head is crooked and the waist can't form a hollow straight line, it's the easiest time to get dizzy. Being born between heaven and earth is itself a spiritual thing between heaven and earth. Because of the skew of this middle line, the meaning of heaven and earth will not fall on you.

6. Eyes are slightly closed

When you meditate, fix your eyes first, and then slowly close your eyes. Close your eyes and don't droop. Only when your eyes are fixed and bright can you conform to the rules. If you look down, if you are not sure, just sit and rest. Eyes slightly open, as if closed and opened, as if half closed and turned a blind eye. Feel free to look at the front of the table seven or eight feet, or one foot two. For people who usually work with their eyes, it is best to close their eyes at the beginning of meditation. Eyes see the distance of one meter ahead, which is the most standard. Looking too far will raise your neck a little, and looking too close will lower your head a little, so a distance of one meter is the most appropriate. You should feel this nose and this navel form a line.

When ordinary people meditate, whether they open their eyes or close their eyes, they look down, and their eyeballs are wrong. Sinking in ignorance makes the mind more confused. The eyes seem to look down, that is, the optic nerve in the back of the head is pulled down, which affects the brain, but it cannot be peaceful and clean. So whether you open your eyes or close your eyes, it doesn't matter if your eyes are straight and your eyelids are closed. Your eyes are straight. Flat, not up, not down, and then close your eyelids, eyes straight, not down, not down, not up, flat, or look forward, and then stop looking.

Everything in the world should be relaxed and not serious, especially when the eyes can see things. Most people should look at the flowers and the scenery and stare at the flowers that God sees with his eyes. This is wrong. As beautiful as the scenery in Hangzhou, we should go out and see the scenery. Let the scenery catch your eye. When you look at flowers, you should receive the spirit of flowers in my eyes. When you look at mountains and rivers, you will receive the spirit of mountains and rivers in my eyes. Don't pin your spirit on mountains, rivers and flowers. It's no use, and neither are you. When you meditate, close your eyes and don't look hard.

7, the tongue licking the palate

The first half of the tongue licks the upper jaw slightly, just like a baby who has no teeth yet when he is asleep. This is called "bridging" in monasticism. Which bridge should I take? There are 365 big holes in the human body, corresponding to the revolution of the earth around the sun. The earth revolves around the sun for 365 days, and the easy number is 9, which is the largest, so every acupoint in the human body should be filled with 9 qi. Twelve o'clock a day, one hour and six quarters, twenty minutes every quarter, that is, one every twenty minutes. When a person meditates, his six roots are clean, and when his mind is not scattered or dizzy, he can breathe every quarter of an hour. After the true qi is transformed, it goes up from the Du meridian and then down to the mouth, which will become sweet body fluid (saliva). Swallowing this body fluid is better than eating a ginseng, which will nourish the four elements of the body and promote the thousand meridians.

This is the time for us to achieve a state of kungfu. From the top, a sweet liquid flows down from the pituitary gland and from the top of the head, which is also commonly known as "nectar initiation". In Lv Chunyang's poems, "White clouds are facing the top, dew is sprinkled with sumeru" expresses this state. At this point, the body fluid is swallowed into the abdomen by swallowing. That is, the tip of the tongue is still, the tongue is straight, the body fluid is sucked to the base of the tongue, and the neck is swallowed when you want to choke. In this way, you can directly enter Ren meridian and turn into Yin essence, which is a shortcut to spermatogenesis and a wonderful method of fitness.

If there are a lot of metaplasia body fluids, that means yours is effective. If there is no jade liquid, it means that it is scattered or groggy and has little effect. For example, people are distracted and thirsty all day. People are thirsty after a day's sleep. Only when the heart is not scattered and dizzy can the true qi and vitality be transformed. When you just meditate, before you really settle down, you can melt a mouthful of jade liquid in a quarter of an hour if you are not distracted or dizzy.
