Some people always think that they can grow up at once, but in fact they are making a little progress every day. After a period of time, you will be pleasantly surprised to find that you have done many things that you could not do before.
Friend a has always admired others for learning everything faster than her, and she is also very upset when she can be as powerful as others.
She always hopes that she can be very powerful at once, rather than wanting a little progress to accumulate.
For example, she saw that L had always been in good shape because of running and doing aerobics every day, and she was envious. Because A is obese, does not like sports very much, and her diet is out of control every day, which belongs to the type of overeating.
Whenever she envies L's good figure, we tell her that she can learn from L to run every day, do aerobics and control her diet, and be envied by others just like L.
However, A was always hot for three minutes, and then gave up after a week, feeling very tired. I still feel that my efforts for a week have no effect and I can't see hope. Because I weighed myself every day, I didn't find much lighter, so she finally gave up.
She always wants to work hard, and then she can achieve what she wants. It seems that if you persist in exercising for a week or two, you will see the effect, otherwise you will feel ineffective, meaningless and will not persist.
In fact, a week is not enough, so stick to it for a week or a month. Stick to it slowly and it will always work. Even if losing weight didn't have much effect, at least she strengthened her physical strength.
Many times, progress is always in daily persistence. Some things can't work at once. We accumulate over time every day, and you may not see any benefits in the short term. But in the future, when you look back, you will find that you have improved a lot.
Unconsciously, your daily persistence has accumulated to a certain extent. As long as we get better every day and make progress on major issues, it will be beautiful. Not everything can suddenly grow up, and daily progress is also a kind of growth.

A long time ago, classmate B was a person who studied hard, but his grades were not particularly good. Especially her English scores, she always takes notes carefully in class every day, and she can also be seen doing her homework seriously after class. Usually I always see her burying her head in a book, and seldom see where she will go to play.
But a person who works so hard, her exam results are always not very good. Even the teacher feels strange that B's learning attitude is so good, but he always gets a mediocre test. His English test scores in one semester always hover around the passing line.
Later, in the next semester, B's English scores rose sharply. I was a little surprised and asked her how she did it. B smiled shyly and said: She learned English words every day last semester, but her memory was poor and it was always difficult to remember.
She can't recite the words assigned by the teacher every day in time, so she can't keep up with the courses and her grades naturally. But she still recites words every day, three words from Grade One, and then five words a day, 10 words. Increase bit by bit.
But she studies very slowly, so she insists on memorizing in winter vacation. You may get familiar with it after a long time. This year, she felt that her study was not so hard and her grades were better than before. After listening to her words, I admire B's courage and persistence.
Few people are willing to accumulate their knowledge bit by bit and learn more from people in the middle and lower reaches. If you don't study hard at ordinary times, you will cram for the exam at the last minute. So I can study and review temporarily for a few days, and then I will be right when I take the exam. The exam results are neither bad nor bad.
It is similar to their previous hard work, so they are too lazy to accumulate knowledge slowly. They hold: anyway, students who have studied hard are similar to those who have memorized for Buddha's feet, so why study so hard? This mentality is in life.
They don't want to study so hard, but there seems to be no progress. A little progress every day is too little for them. They hope that their efforts will be greatly rewarded. They think this is progress and growth.

Everyone always pays a little effort and gets the most reward. In fact, the world is not so fair, and how much effort will be rewarded. Sometimes you have to work very hard to get a point in return.
But as long as we are willing to pay and persist, we are making progress every day. In the future, there will be a big gap between us and those who don't want to grow hard every day.
Don't underestimate the persistence of every day. When the equivalent evolves into quality, it will grow a lot at that time. If you want to grow up, every day is a start, and a little progress every day is a good start.
As long as we live better every day, we are growing and making progress. Progress and growth are not only mediocrity today, but also progress and growth if you are too busy to eat all day tomorrow.
A little progress every day is also growth. Therefore, we should live well every day and stick to those good habits that can't be improved in the short term. For example: running, reading, drawing, practicing calligraphy and other interests.
Progress every day is the best growth.
