2. The contract should indicate: what effect needs to be achieved. The breach clause only states that if this effect cannot be achieved (that is, breach of contract), compensation is needed or what will happen. It does not mean that if the breach clause is not written, compensation is not needed if this effect cannot be achieved.

You can refuse to pay the final payment and ask them to reorganize according to the effect you agree.
