Why did you give up your previous job?
It's been half a month since I got used to my new job. I came to a new city, met new colleagues and did a job that didn't match before. I can't help thinking of my last job.

My last job was a fitness instructor. Go to work at 9 o'clock every morning, then sort out the information of fitness members, summarize the problems encountered in the course of class, arrange fitness plans for members, and call blind date personnel to attend classes. After finishing these finishing work, I will go to the fitness center to find the target. First, I will sweep the treadmill to see which member's running posture is incorrect, and then I will go up and guide the correct posture. Then I will use this excuse to chat with the members in depth, understand their family economic situation and physical condition, see if they are interested in hiring a personal trainer, and then invite members to have a physical examination, which will be the starting point to promote private education.

After the tour, the members I reserved will come to class. Each member has a fixed class time and will face different members every day. His work is also very substantial. He is busy until 9 pm, and sometimes he forgets to eat and get off work in order to give lessons to members.

Day after day's work, as well as the pressure of sales, makes me breathless. I have no time to fall in love, go home to accompany my parents, and have no time to eat on time. Always tell members that health is the capital of revolution, and take good care of your health, but you ignore yourself. A day's work 12 hours made me exhausted, so I met my manager at work one morning. I told him that I was tired and wanted to resign. I felt even more tired and wanted to take a vacation for myself. After all kinds of persuasion, the manager agreed to my resignation.

After resigning, I had to look for a new job because of lack of funds. In addition, I was embarrassed to have no money to go home during the Chinese New Year, so I came to Shanghai alone. I just arrived in Shanghai as a stranger and happened to meet the Double Eleven. I went to the courier company to find a part-time job, working 12 hours a day, sorting and packaging, and the environment was poor. I never thought that my first job in Shanghai turned out to be a coolie. . . But for money, I have to keep working no matter how dirty or tired I am, so I wonder if I should go back to being a fitness instructor. Although tired, it is still a decent job. But when I think about it, I can't give up easily when I come to Shanghai. Someone told me: "Shanghai is full of money, it depends on whether you pick it or not." So for my development, I wrote this article to remind myself of the shortcomings of my last job, and don't give up when I encounter some difficulties.

Disadvantages of fitness instructor's work:

1. Go to work every day 12 hours, and get off work at night 10. It's too late.

2. The sales pressure is too great, and there is no salary without performance.

3. The cost of going out for training is too high, but you must go out for training to improve yourself.

I don't have time to go home and fall in love, and all my personal time is given to the company and its members.

For girls, there is no time to wear beautiful clothes, and every day is sportswear.

6. The company is in a state of loss, and wages cannot be paid in time.

The above points must be kept in mind, always remind yourself, don't look back easily, maybe you will meet a better yourself!
