1. Wash and cut vegetables, add garlic cloves and ginger slices, and mix in Chili powder and a little salad oil.

2. Slice Basha fish, add starch, Chili powder and rice wine and mix well.

3. Mix all seasonings evenly and add starch to increase the consistency.

4. Put 20g butter in the pot and spread vegetables, but try not to get potatoes and sweet potatoes near the bottom of the pot. Stew with low heat of 800 watts 15 minutes.
