Nocturnal emission is normal, that is, you exercise excessively, and another situation is caused by your long-term mental stress. I suggest you listen to some light music before going to bed. The purpose of listening to music is to relax your spirit. Remember not to listen to fast-paced music and TV with violent scenes, which will make you more excited and more difficult to fall asleep.
