Dawu Village was recruited by Wu Mingyuan from Hongtong County to Haifeng (now Wudi County) in the second year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty (1404). This village was named Dawuzhuang, and later it was named Dawuzhuang with Zhouzhuang. 1958, Wuying Village was merged into Wuying Alliance, 19 1. It has a history of more than 600 years. Later, Hui and other brothers' surnames participated in cohabitation. There are two ethnic groups in the village, Hui and Han, with a population of more than 640. Since ancient times, Dawu villagers have simple folk customs and harmonious village style. However, due to historical reasons, the village collective economy is relatively backward and the villagers' living environment is poor. In the past, Dawu Village was covered with soil in sunny days and mud in rainy days. The road is very low and it is extremely difficult to pass. Coupled with the traditional farming and slaughtering industry of the local Hui people, cattle and sheep manure and other garbage can be seen everywhere in the village, and the sewage is flowing and stinking, leaving a messy image for others. Although it has been rectified many times in recent years, it has achieved little.

In February this year, in order to further improve the rural production and living environment, improve the quality of life of farmers, and accelerate the construction of a new socialist countryside, the county party committee and county government decided to carry out the activities of "improving the rural environment and creating an ecological civilization village" throughout the county, and Dawu Village was listed as one of the ecological civilization villages. Since the launch of the activity, the cadres and the masses in party member, the whole village, have actively participated in it, worked hard to solve the bottleneck of financial difficulties, and comprehensively promoted the environmental improvement of the village. Up to now, Dawu Village in Wuying has completed road hardening 1.800 meters, side ditch lining of 3600 meters, demolition of 32 dilapidated houses, and planting of green trees including ginkgo, cedar, cypress and Fraxinus mandshurica. And completed the construction of a high-standard ecological leisure square integrating recreation, leisure, fitness and cultural propaganda, with an investment of more than 2 million yuan. Wudi County Court attaches great importance to this assistance unit. The leading group of the court held special meetings for many times to study assistance matters, selected a middle-level cadre with strong working ability to stay in the village as the "first secretary" to help, and organized team members to go to the village for on-the-spot investigation and on-the-spot office for many times to help formulate remediation plans and implementation plans, and gave strong support from people, finances and materials, and all the staff helped. Among them, the court provided Dawu Village with assistance funds, cement, commercial concrete and green seedlings, totaling 350,000 yuan. In addition, the middle-level and above leading cadres in our hospital have also formed a helping pair with 25 needy people in Dawu Village, and provided them with financial support and projects to get rich according to different situations. On the occasion of Children's Day, the leading group of the court made a special trip to the village to express condolences to the school children in the village, sent them stationery and school supplies worth 5,000 yuan, and helped many poor children in the village in pairs. At the beginning of June, members of the two village committees and some representatives of the masses were organized to visit Laiyang and Shouguang high-tech agricultural ecological demonstration parks to broaden their horizons and stimulate entrepreneurial enthusiasm. On the eve of July 1st, more than 20 representatives of party member people from the whole village were organized to visit and study in the Memorial Hall of the First Branch of Wudi County and Jieshishan Court, giving them a real and vivid party class. In addition, according to the practice of traditional cattle and sheep breeding and slaughtering of ethnic minorities in Dawu Village, we contacted Leling Zheng Da Group and led the farmers in the village to study and visit the company, thus finding a way of centralized breeding and fixed-point slaughtering to make the traditional industries bigger and stronger. In addition, combined with the actual work, give full play to the advantages of the court, help the two village committees to formulate village rules and regulations in line with the actual situation of Dawu Village, and improve the village financial management system and the villagers' Council system. Build the main street of Dawu Village into a publicity street of legal science popularization.

Through several months' efforts, the past image of Dawu Village has completely changed. Now the task of "five modernizations" (hardening, greening, purification, lighting and beautification) in Dawu Village has been basically completed, and the image of Wuying Village, which was hard to walk, smelly and full of cattle and sheep dung, has been completely changed. The long-term supervision mechanism was initially established, and the rural living environment was greatly improved. The good living environment has also brought about changes in the ideological realm and living habits of more than 600 villagers in the village.

Through these efforts, we have also established the authority of our party in grass-roots organizations and a good image of our political and legal system.

Near Dawu Village, there are tourist attractions such as the Yellow River Delta Eco-cultural Tourism Island, Wudi Academy, Yellow River Island Water Conservancy Scenic Area, Wu Shifen's former residence, Wudi Millennium Ancient Mulberry Garden and so on. There are also Wudi Bohai Black Cattle, Wang Zi Island Squid, Wudi Shell Porcelain, Wudi Golden Jujube and Wudi Donkey and other specialties.
