Among them, the account balance in previous years was more than 3,000 yuan and less than 6,000 yuan, and the remittance standard was unified as 500 yuan; If the balance is more than 6,000 yuan, the remittance standard can be divided into 500 yuan and 1 1,000 yuan.

Eligible medical insurance participants can go through the application procedures at the lobby on the first floor of Suzhou Social Insurance Fund Management Center, No.548 Cross Street from June 18 to July 15, and will not be accepted after this year. At the time of application, the applicant should bring the completed "Application Form for Sunshine Fitness Card of Medical Insurance Insured" and go through the formalities with his ID card, social insurance (IC) card and medical insurance card. After the examination and confirmation by the Municipal Social Insurance Fund Management Center, eligible applicants will deduct the transferable amount from their medical insurance accounts and issue the Application Form for the Sunshine Fitness Card of the Insured. Two months later, the applicant will hold the Application Form for the Insured's Medical Insurance Sunshine Fitness Card and my ID card to get the "Sunshine Fitness Card" from China Everbright Bank Suzhou Ganjiang Road Sub-branch, No.748 Ganjiang East Road.
