How do patients with lumbar spondylosis exercise?
Lumbar spondylosis is a series of diseases such as disc herniation, spondylolisthesis and scoliosis caused by disc degeneration. Patients will have symptoms such as low back pain, lower limb radiation pain, numbness and muscle weakness. Patients can exercise in the following ways.

1. Swallow Exercise: The patient chooses to take a prone position on a clean floor or bed, face down, with the shoulder joint as the support point, and slowly raise his arm. When his arm was raised, so was his head. When his shoulders are lifted backwards, his feet are slowly lifted, and his lumbosacral muscles contract for about 5 seconds, then he relaxes his muscles for 5 seconds before doing it, 30 to 50 times a day.

2. Breaststroke: Patients who can swim can breaststroke in the water. In breaststroke, the lumbar spine bears little pressure and can maintain physiological lordosis. Pull back your legs when paddling, and then pedal when your arms are together. Scientific breaststroke can effectively alleviate lumbar diseases.

In daily life, patients should exercise the waist step by step to avoid the excessive burden on the lumbar spine, and use the waist correctly and reasonably to avoid aggravating the condition.
