What is the purpose of your fitness?
One: lose weight. 1. Small belly. Although almost all my friends around me have small bellies, I still want to have a perfect body like a supermodel and be an enviable girl. 2. There is fat in the legs. The legs are not too fat, but they are not particularly thin, and the little fat on them has been decreasing. 3. Create a perfect figure.

Two: it can attract the attention of the opposite sex. In my opinion, boys are all visual animals. They are always concerned and interested in girls who are beautiful and in good shape. So I can find my own prince charming.

Three: stay healthy. Since childhood, I have been sick several times a year (especially when I have a runny nose and a cold). At other times, I am in good health. I will apply for sports and get good grades every time. I keep fit in the hope that health will surround me forever, so that I can live healthily until I die.

Four: You can put on many beautiful clothes. I love beauty, especially clothes and shoes.
