After 2 1 day of persistent exercise, what have I learned?
After vowing to keep fit for n times, finally, this time I kept on 2 1 day.

Although the time is not long, it is not worth mentioning compared with those bosses who have been exercising for several years or even longer. But compared with me before, I still have progress and feel very happy!

It is said that 2 1 day can form a habit. I hope this habit can last longer and accompany me all my life. ...

This time, please ask a good friend to supervise and make an agreement with friends to do 20-30 minutes of exercise every day, including running, badminton, keep and so on.

Next, I want to use the motivation theory I have learned to analyze my gains!

According to psychologist Ausubol's learning motivation theory, the reason why I can keep exercising is because of the agreement with my friends, because I hope to get the care, recognition and support of others, which is the need of the affiliated internal drive.

After a period of exercise, I found that I wanted to stick to it. It seems that exercise has become a daily necessity, and I also want to gain self-confidence through persistence. This can be said to be the stage of self-improvement of internal drive.

The above two stages are external motives. The best thing should be internal motivation: cognitive internal motivation, that is, the need of exercise points to the exercise itself and enjoys the process and happiness of the exercise itself.

Obviously, I haven't reached this third stage yet. But it doesn't matter, I have been breaking through my original self and insisting on exercising every day, which is the best reward for my health!

Keep running!
