How to avoid embarrassing lines when wearing fitness pants
The reason for this embarrassment is not that we Asians have special bodies, but that the crotch of your pants is fat. When trying on pants, you can try them one or two sizes smaller than your normal size. Don't lift the waistband too heavy, so the embarrassment will be reduced. If choosing one or two smaller sizes still doesn't solve the problem, it's time to start work.

Before we start, let's take a look at the tailoring of pants. (The red line represents the front membrane and the green line represents the back membrane)

Next, we will find a tailor or modify the pants ourselves.

I drew a sketch, and I should see it more clearly. The dotted line part is the unchanged front piece of trousers, while the solid line part is changed (the small sharp corner of crotch shrinks inward, not so sharp, and the abdomen shrinks inward, and the crotch of rear piece will change slightly with the change of front piece). Have you ever wondered why we are not so embarrassed when we wear tight skirts? It is because the skirt has no sharp point in the crotch, so if we make the lines in the crotch less sharp, the triangle will not be so obvious.

Show it again with a physical diagram. The front of the trousers is flat upward, and the abdomen and crotch of the trousers can be thinned along the part where I draw the yellow line. As for how much to change, I can only try it myself slowly, because people's bodies are different and the elasticity of pants fabrics is different, so I can't give a specific size. I also lengthened the waist of these pants. I prefer to wear something with a high waist. First, high waist shows long legs and is comfortable to wear. Second, the waist line is high, and you won't always lift your pants up.

The sizes of waist circumference, hip circumference and knee circumference are for reference only, because different fabrics have different elasticity. The second time I made another one with the same pattern, and the elasticity was much worse than the first time. I can hardly wear it, so I have to make color matching on both sides to gain weight.
