Health level:
Level 1: Body mass index range (-∞,-100), such people are either extremely obese (waist as thick as a tire, fat face) or extremely emaciated (skinny, sternum visible), mostly due to genetic factors, so it is extremely necessary to carry out bodybuilding exercises to improve their physical quality and health level;
Grade II: Physical fitness index range (-100, -50). This kind of people are seriously obese or emaciated, which is caused by genetic factors, bad eating habits and no exercise habits. If they do bodybuilding, it is easier to improve their physique.

Level 4: Physical fitness index range (0,50). Most of these people are sports enthusiasts, and their muscle shape has already appeared. College bodybuilding enthusiasts at the middle and primary level belong to this category;
Grade 5: Fitness index range (50, 120). Such people have a good figure envied by ordinary college students, and will stand out from the general population, not only with large body size, but also with obvious abdominal muscles. College bodybuilders with intermediate and advanced level belong to this category;
Grade 6: Physical fitness index range (120, 150). These people are outstanding in figure and outstanding in college bodybuilding, which is the ultimate goal of general college bodybuilding enthusiasts, with large muscle circumference and low sebum content, belonging to the level of provincial bodybuilders;
Grade 7: Physical fitness index range (150, +∞). These people are bodybuilders. They are national bodybuilders.
