How to make buckwheat muffins?

Prepare materials. I made peanuts with my own cooking machine. First put them in the microwave oven and heat them for 5 minutes, turning them once every minute to avoid burning. Then, take it out, cool it a little, put it in a cooking machine, add some salt and make it into granules.

Actually, it's the same as peanut butter, except that it's not mashed and peeled (I'm too lazy to peel peanuts)

It's convenient to make breakfast every day by calling a little more every time.

Mix the eggs and salt well first.

Add buckwheat flour and a little water and mix well.

When I put olive oil on the pan, I use paper towels to wipe it evenly, which not only saves so much oil, but also makes the bottom of the pan have oil.

Pour it on a small fire and turn it over when you see these holes.

It's not very nice because of the lack of powder, haha, but it's delicious.

Then add chopped peanuts and coconut milk. It's delicious!
