I chose the simplest frying method. Heat the pan slightly, add two spoonfuls of corn oil, and don't wait for the oil temperature to get too high. Just add the processed chicken breast, break it into a ball with a spatula, and then weigh the pot (turn it over with a spatula). You can add the desired seasoning when the chicken changes color slightly on both sides. I can eat it directly with salad, without adding anything else. When the color is similar, don't hesitate to take it out of the pot. You're finished.

Note: Don't wait until the chicken is slightly burnt and turns white.
