Postpartum confinement fitness mainly depends on the mode of production and the physical condition of pregnant women themselves.

Some pregnant women give birth naturally. They can go to bed two or three days after delivery, do pelvic contractions three or five days later, and do some aerobics or stretching exercises two weeks after delivery. Remember not to do strenuous exercise.

If postpartum hemorrhage occurs, it depends on physical condition. After massive hemorrhage, the body is generally weak and needs some time to recover.

If you recover well, you can do some restorative exercise in about six weeks.
