In September of that year, the plot 1 18 mu of state-owned land was listed for sale, which was won by the American Guangyi Group, and the development and construction work officially kicked off. In June 2007, the chemical fiber factory stopped production completely, and the demolition work began at the end of February. With the joint efforts of all parties, the equipment and workshop of the enterprise have been disposed of, and the three towering chimneys in the factory area are being demolished manually, which has been completed at present.
According to the plot planning and architectural design scheme of chemical fiber factory that has been initially formed by foreign investors, Yuyao International Plaza, the first micro CBD—— in our city, will be developed and constructed as a whole. The project is positioned as the most upscale and largest urban international commercial plaza in Chongqing (Yao), Shang (Chongqing) and Ci (Ci), integrating high-grade business office, international brand hypermarket, hotel conference service and high-grade residence, with a total construction area of 60,000 square meters. More than 10 high-rise buildings with a height exceeding 100 meters will be built, among which three projects are the most prominent, namely, five-star hotel, Wal-Mart store and Grade A office building with a construction area of10.2 million square meters, while the height of five-star hotel will reach 239 meters, which will become the tallest building in our city and also a landmark building in our city. In addition, an underground parking lot with more than 3,400 parking spaces will be built on the plot.
According to Yuyao News Network, the reporter learned from the Municipal Planning Bureau yesterday that major construction projects such as micro-CBD, urban complex, city square and park in the central city of our city have now formed preliminary plans, and the planning blueprints of these major projects depict the bright future of livable cities for us.
There are three mini CBD: one is Yuyao Chemical Fiber Factory International Plaza, which covers an area of 100 mu and has a total construction scale of more than 600,000 square meters. Five-star hotels, Grade A office buildings, international famous brand hypermarkets, etc. Will be completed and a landmark building with a height of 239 meters will be planned. Its functional orientation is to integrate shopping malls, hotels and apartments to form a centralized city center with high utilization rate and high environmental quality. 2. Civic Center Square, located in the north of the municipal government building and the east of Yuyao Hotel, covers an area of about 1 19 mu, with a total construction scale of about 200,000 square meters. Its functional orientation is: relying on the municipal government and Yuyao Hotel, combined with the historical block of Baoqing Road, it will be built into an "urban living room" integrating business, shopping, leisure and other functions. At present, the deepening scheme design is under way. 3. China Plastic City Block, divided into east and west blocks by Zhongjiang, covers an area of 1 10 mu, and will be built into a modern plastic trading business center with international influence integrating trade, exhibition, commerce, information and logistics.
The urban complex mainly includes: the plot east of Zhongjiang in the former convention and exhibition center, covering an area of about 200 mu, including about 50 mu of street greening square. It is planned to focus on high-rise buildings and become a sub-center of the city integrating commercial, hotel, market, trade, shopping and leisure functions; The expressway station is located in the west of Chengdong Road, from Yuci Highway to Tunshan District, with a core area of 0.6 square kilometers, which is an important part of Yuci core area.
