How to use PS to make your photos into graffiti effects on street walls?
first step

Create a new document with a custom size.

Second step

Find a brick wall picture material on the Internet and put it in the document.

Add another graffiti.

Add layer mask to the graffiti picture, and then reduce the brush flow to expose part of the wall.

Third step

Put in a photo of a person, pick out this person, and then use the quick select button.

1. Delete the character background, copy a character layer, close a character layer, then stroke, ctrl+ left mouse button click on the character selection, and right stroke.

2. Execute the menu bar: filter-filter library-artistic effect-woodcut.

3. Click the circular icon in the lower right corner to create a new color separation layer with a value of 4.

4. Create a new brightness/contrast adjustment layer.

5. Create a new hue/saturation adjustment layer.

Fourth step

Copy the graffiti layer on the top layer, delete the original mask, create a new mask, then change the layer mode to linear light, and then apply it with a brush to reduce the opacity of the figure layer.
