Class A can hold national and individual competitions and regional competitions. For example, the National Games and international individual championships can be held in the future. For example, the Men's Basketball World Championships can be held in Suzhou Park Sports Center. According to the requirements of this specification, the specification requirements of A-level sports parks have certain specific requirements for the whole capacity. Let's take a look at the size and volume of this sports center. The stadium of this project needs 40,000-60,000 seats, and we have 45,000 seats. Large-scale performing arts activities such as football can be held. The size of the gymnasium in the sports park is 0.6- 1 10,000 seats, of which 1 10,000 seats are fixed seats and 0.3 million seats are mobile seats. If the concert is held in the infield, it can be increased. Including sports, the most demanding venue is gymnastics, which is more than 60 meters long and 60 meters wide. Our core fully meets this requirement. Our gymnasium has specially built a raised floor. When we built it, we had pre-arranged ice sports and pre-buried our pipelines and many facilities. If you want to hold short track speed skating and figure skating in our gymnasium in the future, you can do it. We have 3000-6000 swimming pools, of which 500 are fixed and the rest are movable. We are completely based on the goal of operation and practical use. Because 3000 seats are usually not needed if there is no competition. The Sports Center has also designed a service support center, which is our commercial carrier and athlete hotel. Besides, everyone has been talking about sports parks. In fact, the real sports park is a part of it. Some of our sports parks are open theme parks, and their real function is to build a relaxing place for our citizens. From the perspective of our citizens' leisure, I prefer it. I think the name of sports park is very good and makes people feel very intimate. Sports centers are more professional and formal. We are still called Suzhou Industrial Park Sports Center externally, but we might as well call it a nickname internally. Our project is the only city-level and stage-level joint establishment in Suzhou. It is a multi-functional, comprehensive and ecological Grade A sports center and an important part of our construction concept. Our ecological, comprehensive and multifunctional ideas have several important features and highlights, the most important of which is our landscape characteristics. We hope to provide services for the people of Suzhou free of charge by building an open park with beautiful environment. We set up this project to provide this service to the residents around us and Suzhou. On the other hand, we are a low-carbon environmental protection project, which I believe is also an important highlight of our project, different from other cities. We hope to establish an ecological sports center through advanced means. Remember, ecological movement is our highlight. Introduce our building standards, building standardization and humanization. Our idea is to build a modern stadium with distinctive sports symbols and strong regional characteristics through our efforts. This is our architectural concept and standard, and our standards for building construction are very clear. Among the 47.25 hectares of the entire red line, we actually have five functional areas, starting from the East Gate, the Stadium, the Southeast Stadium, the Northeast Gymnasium, the Northwest Service Supporting Center, the commercial carrier and the athlete hotel just mentioned. The four functional areas are a swimming pool in the west, and the southwest is the entire outdoor training venue and the national fitness activity venue. There is also a central basement among us. In the original competition plan, German GMP scattered all underground parking lots in various venues. Now, after optimization and adjustment, we have hollowed out all the middle parts and made a large central basement that runs through our four major buildings. This central basement can accommodate more than 65,438+0,600 parking spaces. Through this basement, we can reach our four multi-function halls very conveniently and quickly. Let's have a look. The gymnasium has a total construction area of 58,000 square meters and a design capacity of 1.3 seats. Its main function is all sports, performing arts and other activities that can be held indoors. Its main structure is steel structure, with a maximum span of134m and a height of nearly 42m. As you can see, this is a scene outside our stadium, the effect of a scene. This gymnasium is completely located among green trees, and our whole park will be equipped with many different functions. For example, this is a jogging station, and all of us can do exercise and fitness along this slow newspaper. This is the effect of the gym. Our gymnasium is an important building to be built, because we all know that in our sports industry in China, the attention of outdoor projects is not as high as that of indoor projects, and many of our advantageous projects are held indoors. Therefore, from the practical function, frequency and effect, the use efficiency of the gymnasium is higher, so we regard the construction of the gymnasium as the top priority of our four major buildings. Generally speaking, our library has 1.3 million seats, which is still a little short. But according to the level of the city and the characteristics of the project, in fact, we think this scale is completely sufficient. However, the whole facilities and buildings in our building, except the seats are slightly different, some functional rooms that can meet the requirements of NBA standards, including our balcony, are about 365,438+0, and some of them are to be separated. It is estimated that there are about 40 boxes on the second floor. We also designed peripheral screens and central funnel screens according to NBA standards, which is the trend of the whole stadium construction. This is the renderings of the whole event and infield. The interior design effect, the entrance of the passage, this is what I just said is the open box, which is just a concept and has not really shown the overall feeling of our box area. There are many spare places in our gymnasium, for example, there are many spare places under our seats, and there is also a cinema in our gymnasium. This is a star-rated cinema with 6-8 halls, which can accommodate 1500 people at the same time. In addition to the central basement just now, there is also an underground commercial corridor, which is closely connected with commercial facilities. Through this corridor, you can go directly to the gym and our basement. Many of our friends who go shopping can go into the gym to watch movies and games through this corridor, and you can also park in the central basement through this corridor. In addition, in order to ensure the convenience of pedestrian traffic, we also built an underground overpass on the central avenue here, which is connected with this corridor. We originally planned to turn it into a distinctive citizen snack square. The stations on Line 5 and Line 6 can directly reach our service support center. Our business orientation is a leisure and entertainment center based on sports, leisure and healthy culture. There are many, including boutique supermarkets. There is an ice rink on the third floor, with an ice surface area of 1250 square meters. I think it's still a distinctive sports event in the north. The project will be operated and managed by an Austrian company. Including our cinemas and children's entertainment, we have many considerations in this regard. As mentioned just now, our skating rink partner is AST company in Austria, our hotel is InterContinental Hotels Group, and the cinema is Suyi Film City. Our intention to cooperate in the sports supermarket is the Japanese logo. The outdoor water recreation project has just introduced Oprah from Britain. We serve the commercial plaza in the supporting center, facing the side of the central avenue. This is an effect of the facade of the commercial podium and an effect of the commercial hall. The athlete hotel is the skating rink mentioned just now. In our sports park, many of us are mainly outdoor. Our whole outdoor area is called a sports park. In fact, a park has four outdoor squares and many garden landscapes. We see that this is the letter of the square at the entrance of the central avenue, and it is the square that lives at the entrance. This is the northeast gymnasium, the square in front of the gymnasium, and this is the central square, which is in the core of our gymnasium. We expect that this square may be used more in the future. Now they are criticizing the square dance aunts, and they are even more disturbing. Well, residents around us can come here to dance square dance, and we will dance with you through the underground sound system. I believe this will not disturb the people. This is a square in the southeast of our stadium. This square has a relatively large building area. I believe that many large-scale sports activities will be held here in the future, and many large-scale sports activities can be arranged here in the future. I like a scene in the sports park very much, so I put this here. I think this is my ideal feeling of the park. After watching the game or participating in the activities on the edge of the gymnasium, we sit here and have a rest. In our entire sports park, greening will also be our very important feature. Since it is called park garden, greening is our key topic. We should express the division of various regions through the division of various functional areas and through various trees and shrubs. In particular, we should use the unique traditional flowers and trees in Suzhou to express the characteristics of Suzhou. As you can see, this is the influence of children in one of our areas.
