1, buried equipment column, reliably fixed on the transverse cross support structure;
2. The soil on which the fitness path is installed should be a non-loose, non-sandy loam geological structure of Grade II ordinary hard soil with a fastening coefficient of not less than 0.7 within 800 mm from the surface; Otherwise, the soil should be treated equally before the fitness path can be installed; Note: Grade II ordinary hard soil with fastening coefficient not less than 0.7 can be determined according to the difficulty of digging with one shovel and several picks. The soil that needs to be excavated with shovels and pickaxes can be regarded as Grade II ordinary hard soil, and the fastening coefficient is not less than 0.7;
3, fitness equipment column buried depth, when the equipment is higher than the ground height below 1m, buried depth is 400mm;; When the height of the equipment from the ground is 1m≤x≤2m, the buried depth is 500mm;; When the equipment height exceeds 2m, the embedded pit is 600mm deep; There is a 150mm thick concrete support layer below the bottom of the equipment column. The horizontal dimensions of the concrete foundation pit supporting the installation equipment column are 300mm× 300mm, 400mm× 400mm and 500mm× 500mm respectively, and it is not allowed to arrange the concrete foundation pit in the shape of big top and small bottom.
4. The horizontal size of the concrete foundation pit for installing the pillars of fitness equipment should be no less than that, and the concrete foundation should not be arranged in the shape of big and small;
5. The strength of concrete used for pouring the foundation of fitness equipment should be no less than C20, and it should be supervised by special personnel before the foundation is completely solidified;
6. After the fitness equipment is installed, each supporting column and main body shall be perpendicular to the installation ground, and the verticality tolerance shall not be greater than1100;
7. The ground within 0.5 m of the outer edge of the fitness path foundation should be hardened, such as concrete hardening, masonry and paving after soil compaction, etc. The hardened surface of the equipment foundation and its surroundings should not be higher than the ground around the installation equipment.
Two, the installation of fitness path and the surrounding environment, should meet the following requirements:
1, the horizontal distance between the fitness path and the overhead high and low voltage wires should be not less than 3m; ; 5m;
2. In places where equipment needs to be used at night, the illumination within 2 m of the edge of the equipment should be no less than15lx;
3. The fitness path should be far away from inflammable, explosive, toxic and harmful substances, and the venue fitness should comply with the relevant national safety regulations.
Three, horizontal bar, parallel bars, ladders, swings and other plastic-wood fitness paths that bounce up and down or may fall due to air movement, the ground for their movement should be soft or elastic, such as sand layer, rubber floor, etc. If it is a rubber floor, the structural thickness of the floor should be not less than 25mm;; ; If it is a bunker, the thickness of the sand layer should be not less than 200 mm, and the periphery of the bunker should be surrounded by a boss with a proper height, and the edges and corners of the boss should be set as rounded corners with a radius not less than 10 mm.
4. The distance between the motion station and the edge of the human motion range should be no less than1m. ..
Five, the design and installation of fitness equipment, should ensure stability, reliability and vertical, basic components and supporting components should not be loose and shaking phenomenon.
