In the book "Seeking medical treatment is better than seeking yourself", it is said that the total amount of qi and blood in the human body is relatively constant under different circumstances for a period of time. It has its own distribution law. According to the needs of survival, qi and blood should first ensure the needs of viscera and organs, and then the limbs.
