In my opinion, people want to start fitness because they want to have a good body and a charming figure, so they will deliberately plan their lives, such as going to bed early and getting up early, forcing themselves to eat some healthy food, such as exercising every day and so on.
I have developed a lot of good habits since I started to exercise. First of all, I don't stay up late. I think staying up late is really harmful to my health. Isn't staying up late after I go to the gym equal to practicing for nothing? So I made a rule for myself that I must go to bed before eleven o'clock every day, so I have been sleeping at eleven o'clock every day until now. This habit has really lasted for a long time.
Secondly, my eating habits. Before, because I didn't exercise and pay attention to my own problems, I usually ate whatever I wanted, so I would eat a lot of junk food without any nutrition, which really hurt my health. After that, I began to pay attention to my diet, and I ate regularly every day. In addition, I made a diet plan for myself, focusing on green food, because I want to lose weight.
Then there is the daily exercise plan. From the beginning of fitness, I go back to the gym three times a week, and sometimes I practice at home with a yoga mat because I am too busy at work.
These are good habits that I think I have developed, and I think they have really had a lot of positive effects on my life.
